Cannon Beach, Oregon // Honeymoon Road Trip Pt. 6

Our first day along the Oregon Coast was a beautiful one! We stopped in Seaside, which is a charming town filled with shops and restaurants, right along the water. We wandered down the main street, picked up a souvenir (the cutest fluffy llama), and then made our way to the Cannon Beach area.

After filling up on pizza and breadsticks, we walked down to the beach to see Haystack Rock. This iconic location was somewhere we’d both been before, but were excited to be visiting again. We loved watching the dogs play in the water, the wedding party that was happily situated high on the beach, and the massive fog banks roll in and out.

We spent the rest of the day driving down the coast and stopping wherever we felt like! That evening we made our way to Steve’s brother’s home, where we’d be unwinding for a couple nights. It was so nice to have a quiet, homey, and still accessible place to call home for a couple days!
